CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand things happen that are out of your control. Unfortunately we usually cannot fill any last min appointment spots when they get canceled or when you do not show up, so in that case we can charge full amount of appointment if you cancel within 48 hours of most appointments and 72 hours of any tattoo appointment.
